Register
Registering to use Koola Moola is super easy.
Send “Start” or “Hi” to +353 87 445 5440 on WhatsApp and follow the in-chat prompts.
The only thing you will need is some form of identity. It will take you about 3 minutes to complete.
As soon as you’re registered you’ll be able to receive funds or deposit into your own wallet.
Your family living overseas can easily fund your wallet for you!
Fund Wallet
Funding your wallet (USDC) is straight forward. It’s like making a bank transfer. You’ll need an account with a crypto exchange like Kraken, Luno or Binance.
Once you’re logged into your crypto exchange account simply copy and paste the deposit address that Koola Moola provides to you (when you select the “Deposit” menu option) as your destination wallet.
Click send and your Koola Moola wallet will receive the funds within 20 minutes or sooner, depending on how busy the blockchain is.
Transfer Moola
Transferring moola (USDC) is super easy and instant. It’s like sending mobile money on Ecocash or mPesa.
Simply select “Send moola” option, insert your recipient’s mobile number (they need to be signed up), the amount you wish to send and click send! It’s easy, fast and has low-cost fees!
You can buy goods by selecting the “Buy goods” option, scan the QR Code presented to you by the seller and select the “YES” button.
You can sell goods by selecting the “Sell goods” option and inserting the value of USDC that your goods are worth. Koola Moola will provide you with a unique QR code in your WhatsApp chat that your buyer can scan with their camera and easily make payment to you.
